When you make an enquiry or request a project budget, we may collect your name, company, work email, telephone number, project details and the Greenwall product and dimensions you selected. If you choose to continue to Greenwall BV, we record your name, company, email, time of referral and destination.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss project requirements, prepare indicative budgets and keep a record of introductions to the manufacturer. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and managing business relationships.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers that host and support this website. We do not sell your personal information. The website records a Greenwall BV referral, but it does not automatically send your form details to Greenwall BV. If a project requires information to be shared with the manufacturer or another delivery partner, we will explain that as part of the project conversation.
We review website enquiry records and ordinarily delete them within 24 months, unless they are needed for an active project, a continuing business relationship or a legal obligation.
Your rights
